Imogen's outfit looked cheap and ridiculous. It's so out of style to show your bra. And it wasn't even a nice bra. The bra and the "top" didn't look good together.

I got the impression that her dress was designed to be worn without a bra. You are supposed to keep everything in with a form of adhesive tape.
