I think Dexter was definitely overrated

Vanessa 21-08-2013 02:13 PM

Dexter, best housemate since Aaron. Legend!

Probbly a bunch of nobodies as usual.:)

Patricia4 21-08-2013 02:31 PM

I would love to know who's going in.

TheManWhoLaughs 21-08-2013 02:48 PM

This opening post is so righteous

Dexter was way more present than Sam and a fairly interesting person in general so he still deserved to win in that final 2, but he also played a very cowardly game, especially compared to someone like Lord Aaron or Deana, who didn't really care if other housemates didn't like them.

****ing hilarious.

Dexter was nowhere near the league of a game player as Aaron!

saying it almost 88 times a day still doesn't make it correct.

He was a boring let down since promising so much in the secret room....he'd have been better sleeping.

Beso 21-08-2013 03:05 PM

He had no fight whatsoever, unless it was callum who he percieved unliked in the house..which makes him a coward in my eyes.

I loved Dexter because he did make the show interesting. And I know the whole devious Dexter became a story line and has been accepted as fact but putting a finger on what he actually did that was so devious is not easy. A sham sho-mance? Been done a million times. Concocting an interesting backstory to make it on the show? It's been done before and even by others this series. Using strategy to win a task or get advantage in the game? Isn't that what one does on a competition show? I think Dexter thrived with the shady devious thing, but not sure what he actually did to deserve it to be honest.

Meh. I liked him because I couldnt figure him out, right until the very end. Thats it really. I did think there was a really good guy underneath everything, and I still do :)

fair enoiugh, but i remember some of ther utterings off him ie "i'll ****ing ruin him" "I ruin lifes of girls like that for a living".

The only housemate who was not himself, therefore he was loved for being something he aint...oh and going on a reality tv show and not letting people in for 13 weeks, coming out to people not knowing who he is is the exact opposite to what the show should provide..imo of course.:spin:

I dont agree with that. Quite a few housemates I think were hiding a lot of their true personalities ;)

I must admit I used to wonder if the twins were really so obnoxious and cocky out in the real world because if they are I can see someone giving them a slap.

But they are quite large and hefty.... and there are two of them! ;)

If they behaved like that to customers of their supermarket they would have been sacked by now.

Like him or not - a house full of 14 Dexters would be lively

A house full of 14 Sams would be lifeless
