..it's really bad that you had to wait 3 months to have it replaced, buttons are quite an important feature on cookers, you managed ok without them..?..

What I meant was, that I bought a brand new one 3 months ago and last weekend the buttons on the front came off, rendering it useless. So i've just bought a replacement. Been on cereal all week :joker:

I didn't even contact the company, they would probably want me to pack it all up and ship it off. I bought a totally different brand and left a stinking review on amazon. :joker:
