..I wouldn't say she was 'what was wrong with Britain' ..she's crude yeah and not very classy at all, I don't think she pretends to be but I find someone who has made blatant racist comments much more offensive and 'what's wrong with Britian'....

I see where your coming from in a way that people seem much more me,me,me nowadays but the 50's isn't some magical time zone where everybody held hands and danced round camp fires.

Mental illness was frowned upon and seen as weakness, homosexuality was seen as unnatural, marital rape was fine etc etc.

She's a hot mess. I actively avoid girls like that tbh. However, she's going to be a mint housemate imo. You can call her a lot of things, and she 100% has a long list of faults, but you certainly can't call her fake, she speaks her mind and what you see is what you get. She could go VERY far I think....

I think she'll be a polarizing figure, similar to Caroline. You either love her or you hate her, no middle ground....

Unfortunately she will be the most entertaining for all the wrong reasons.

I totally agree with the opening post. Youngsters up and down the country seem to worship this kind of personality and want to emulate their lifestyle. The fact we have so many Charlotte-wannabees in the UK, says a lot about the way the country is going and it is really quite sad.

..I agree, she does seem to have a 'list of faults' but she doesn't seem fake in any way, someone who says exactly what's on her mind but from what I've seen so far, not in a mean/spiteful way...I don't see what's so 'wrong' about her at all..so she's crude/not classy..that's not the biggest fault someone can have by a long way...

Her VT was awful. But I actually quite liked her when she went in.

I did have to laugh (and also cry a little) on BOTS when she claimed her greatest achievement was anal sex.

..I agree, I really thought I would dislike her but she seems quite genuine and very nervous I thought..I certainly don't see her as a bad person in any way or representative of something 'wrong' with the country..I don't get that at all...

I can relate to your post most about her, she is someone I would likely choose to avoid like the plague but if on a night out she was in the company or elsewhere where you could see and hear her.
You would be, well I would be, likely really smiling/laughing at what she was saying and would find it all entertaining in a weird sort of way.

I can see her going far in the series too.
