I don't see that as racist, black people speaking Jamaican is and sounds fine but it just doesn't sound right coming from a white person, it sounds so put on, I believe the accent is called 'Jafaken' I do think if I had my eyes closed I would be able to tell Abz was White. Why doesn't he speak Cockney, he's from Enfield I believe, its rather like a Yorkshire person trying to speak Cockney, they'd be said to be speaking Mockney. I'm probably going to get bashed for having that view but there ya go
