Amen to that! Completely and absolutely right. They get paid a fee - it is a formal engagement and they should be professional and do the gig without complaint. It really annoys me when they say they want to go - what the sub-text there is - I want my fee for the least possible time and energy expended! It's an insult when they say that. The show must go on - isn't that what they say in show biz? Lauren (to her credit) has never once said she wants to go (even tho' she must have wanted to at some time).
