Jerk Chicken (marinated over night), rice and peas with a hint of coconut cream enriched with a home made stew pea gravy full of flavours and spices. Oh and some cabbage

Dessert
Home made chocolate fudge cake served warm and oozing with milk chocolate sauce in the centre, there will also be a choice of lemon or mango flavoured ice cream to contrast it all out.
