It's a perfectly natural process and women have been doing it for a very long time.

Both, breast for a bit then bottle. I only know because I asked my mum once why my brother and sister always seemed to be ill and I didnt catch anything and she said that because I was breastfed for a month or so it probably boosted my immune system
