..you are a funny little sausage Arista..I get 'stressed' as much as anyone, but for the things that are in my control then the only way I can remove that stress is to eliminate it by doing what I need to do/what's stressing me etc..and sometimes that's just a case of ticking off a list of stresses...there is so much that is beyond my control/people's control though..those stresses are much harder to deal with and live with so you have to 'let go of' the ones that you can and that have worried you and step by step, day by day etc deal with the ones you are unable to let go of...those tend to be the ones that more personally effect you/that your fears associate to...for me those are mainly ones which relate to my family/close friends...but I don't stress over opinions people have on the internet or in real life because the probability is that however much time I spend 'discussing' it and stressing over it, I won't change their opinion and they won't change mine....it doesn't always work and especially when it concerns the people I love and care about but I try to never 'stress' about things that I have no control over...the most futile of stressing and one that hinders practical help by making you less 'effective'....

I'm going to have a long bath and then go for a walk.

Not a lot planned for today.
Once the politics finishes I will go and pop the beef in to roast and mix the Yorkies.
House is surprisingly tidy..might be because son has left home:devil:

There is a very untidy pantry cupboard yelling out for attention..
There is also the Christmas tree and decs lurking upstairs in the spare room waiting to be brought down and sorted.
