I haven't stolen anything, all my other sigs get taken off so I thought if this one is allowed I could use it too

god I can't do anything right on this site can I????

if it's not about my sig it's about everytime I post something and someone has to start dissing shell and then I get blamed for spamming about her

Erm, this has nothing to do with Shell???

It has to do with the fact you have clearly and knowingly used something of someone else's and not even had the decency to ask if you could. Nobody can stop you using it but it would have been nice of you to ask Kate if she minded.
