crazy world they are stopping people smoking drinking and living but now want to sell drugs. no logic at all

When have you ever heard of someone smoking a few joints then going out and stabbing someone in the street? very rarely or never because people have a few puffs then just want to mellow out in the house, people in clubs and pubs have a few pints and then spill onto the street thinking they are he-man.
