This. :bored: I'm not saying that I would love to be obese but it's just that compared to everybody I know who goes to the gym regularly I feel I need to work out twice as hard and eat twice as much to grow the same muscle mass as them.

I need to get back to getting fit i'm getting a fat ass and its not good. last year i was muscles fit now getting fat. i dont know why as i dont eat like other people. never have breakfast & most days i dont eat dinner. i dont eat junk food. think its just cause being lazy

starting my fitness regime tomorrow actually.
