I think she'll be spending more time with him, now she knows he's popular. If she's nice to him chances are he'll be nice back.

She playing the part of getting hired, which is her natural role.

She's known he was popular for quite a while though, all the time watching them in the kennel taught her was that maybe Linda was starting alot of their arguments

Yes, but she didn't know how bad Linda was coming across. Now she knows that the public are on Jim's side on that feud.

Kizzy 22-01-2014 11:20 AM

Are they?...

Yeah, but it wouldn't have taken a genius to work that out anyway since Jim been getting cheered and finishing top of the votes eachtime, obviously if he's that popular then the public must think he's not in the wrong in the feud between him and Linda

Yes. Just look at the odds and you'll know. Jim favourite to win, Linda is last.

..I would be surprised if Luisa changed her behaviour toward Jim, after seeing Linda differently but she'll probably see more that it hasn't been easy for him, so maybe she'll make allowances for that enough for them both to have a less clashing relationship...I still think she'll be herself though, I think that she has from the start and credit to her that she did look at all without bias, just because she doesn't like Jim much...

I think seeing it for herself has made Luisa realise she's been backing the wrong horse. :joker:

Imagine if they become friends. Linda will be fuming! :laugh2:

Ammi 22-01-2014 11:23 AM

..did Luisa ever 'back a horse'..?..I don't think she did, I think she's just been herself...

Most of the housemates are on Linda's side on the whole Jim/Linda feud. But this is changing now they can see how nasty Linda is.

Yeah I agree. I think Luisa might give Jim less of a hard time because she realises how bad Linda looks fighting with him all the time and perhaps thinks she also looks bad for doing the same but she's not about to pretend to be his friend after weeks of not liking him

They don't have to be friends to get on.

..I think Luisa was genuinely shocked at seeing it all from 'the outside' and there has been 'right' and 'wrong' on both Linda and Jim's part, but for the first time what Luisa saw was the strength of Linda's hatred...that's a pretty ugly thing to see in someone you've thought highly of, which she probably did/does with Linda...

Linda has turned most of the housemates against Jim. Rememeber when she sat on the bed and started bitching about him to everyone? She's been dissing him ever since. It's very nasty and uncalled for. :nono:

..I don't think she even cares whether she would look bad tbh...you wouldn't tell the nation that you had five sexual partners in one night, if you were worried about their judgement...I just think that she probably genuinely now has a little more understanding of how it's been for Jim and how awful Linda has been, which must have been a shock to her...

yeah i agree, one thing i do like about Luisa is her objectivity and honesty, even with her "friends" in there And i don't mean honesty in the "lets just excuse so and so being a mean bitch by saying she's just being honest" anytime I've seen her call up people in there, it's done in a pretty constructive manner to be far to Luisa

There's no reason that Luisa and Jim should argue. If she's nice to him he'll be nice back. It's as simple as that.

Lets not make Jim out to be a saint here either though, he's started alot of the rows concerning Luisa as well

..I think if she was going to 'tactically change sides' because she realised how bad Linda looked, she just wouldn't have said anything because she would know that the public would criticise her for that..she would have just kept quiet but distanced herself from Linda...whatever people feel about Luisa's 'promiscuity' and sexual behaviour, I think she is an honest and open person...

That's because she's been trying to wind him up. Even she admitted that.
