Jim bossed her on that one.

She used her husbands death to try and defend herself that her husband was a crim.

Yep good old Jim, yet again making Linda look like the pathetic old witch she is :joker:

..I have no doubts in my mind that Jim's remarks which are very passive aggressive have provoked reactions in Linda and those reactions have been extreme and quite hateful...whereas, there is nothing passive about Linda at all, she has been openly hostile with her feelings and although the Frank Carson thing was wrong and extremely wrong, other than that and on the whole, Jim has responded and reacted very well to Linda's hostility...so when it comes to those two and who is right and who is wrong in all of these arguments, all I can say is that they have both 'fought their personal battle' in their own ways, but for me, Jim's way has been much less spiteful and bitter....and more admirable tbh...with Linda, there is virtually nothing that I can admire at all, other than she's probably not had an easy life, but the same can be said of many people but she's coped with it all really badly in the person it has made her....

Fantastic posts.

Linda is like a dog with a chew toy in there. A chew toy that ruined said dog's life, perhaps, but nonetheless, the way she just can't let this go is sad to watch. Neither of them are in the right; Jim's just less wrong than Linda in the context of how they've behaved in the house, in my opinion.

It's a fact that not everyone thinks it was a fair point well made josy, neither is it an objective stance just a skewed perception of two very different senarios.

I agree up to the last paragraph, linda has been as a rule the most reactionary but to me this doesn't make jims chipping admirable...
It is equally as spiteful and bitter, just not as obvious as the instigator of most of the conflicts between almost all housemates.

The HUGE difference is that Jim can say sorry, Jim is funny and Jim smiles

Linda has zero qualities

Kizzy 24-01-2014 11:32 AM

Sorry?... it's not a magic word that makes what you said/did any less hurtful.
And by issuing one insincere apology it doesn't naturally follow you'll be forgiven.
I don't feel jim is funny, he smiles when things are how jim wants otherwise he's as miserable as sin.

Going back to the Launch night, Linda was chained to Jim, now she had the chance to be unchained from him if she detested him that much, but no, Linda taking the lead over Jim and decides to unchain Dappy and Liz because 'she' thought they looked strained together even though both were ok to be chained together, Liz even in her interview said she was ok with Dappy, so it begs the question as to why did Linda not unchain herself and Jim when she had the choice? Probably because appealing to the viewing public meant more to her, so she must have had a game plan in mind from the offset to belittle Jim and try to get the viewing public and the housemates on her side to oust Jim from the house. Now nothing wrong with a game plan, but a down and dirty one like that is a bit low, as we are supposed to be judging housemates from their entertainment value in that house, not past misdemeanors of which some might feel bad enough about already. In fact Linda didn't even have to sign up to the show if she detests Jim so much, because no-one but no-one can tell me the Celebs, and I use the word Celeb lightly for some in that house, did not know who else was going in.

I think Linda knew and hoped if she pushed enough that Jim might bring that day in question up and then played on it. She has tried to push Jim's buttons and ruin his CBB experience and it isn't working for the most part.

We'll documented Suze....and I totally agree with everything you say.

VOTE FOR JiM.... Don't be complacent x
