Alot of rage about Macklemore winning best rap album....after Kendrick's it was probably the best of the options and I'm a Jay fanboy.

Nothing will ever top Arcade Fire trolling in 11. Might check out the odd performance.

Outside of Beyonce/Jay Z and Macklemore's wedding performance it was blah.

Meh, awards ceremonies are only good for the performances on them, they just seem rigged - when I was younger I didn't really notice it but now you know that if somebody is performing at the awards ceremony they've almost definitely won something.

Haven't actually watched any clips yet so I'm probably judging this unfairly out of context but that seems massively arrogant for someone whose material has been subpar for the last few years, what did he even win that for?

his material has never been even subpar. Jay Z is a terrible artist, just a brilliant business man

He and Beyonce have that in common... no that's a bit too harsh, Beyonce is a good artist, her material's not the best though, she brings it to life with her performances/music videos
