Italian law made such a mess of this case. This is just going to drag on. There will be more appeals.

I watched this last night and found it very interesting. I don't think Amanda had anything to do with it at all now. I think it was 100% that Guede man.

It was very interesting, wasn't it? I find Amanda behaviour a bit suspicious. Why did she accuse an innocent man? He has been cleared and awarded compensation.

^ It could have easily happened. Two young girls living together in a forigen country and then your best friend is murdered. You want to know who did it (as you would) and you'd think about anyone who did anything strange/creepy at the time.

maybe he was always staring at the girls? perhaps he said things that were a little strange?

there's loads of different reasons. You'd be so exhausted that you wouldn't know what to think.

My gut feeling tells me she did it. But i don't think she was alone.

But Rudy's DNA is INSIDE HER? and all over her
i'm pretty sure the only evidence of Amanda does not come from the bedroom, theres no blood linking her in the actual bedroom
so shes meant to have managed to murder Meredith quite bloodily, but then got out of the bedroom with no traces of blood from her being found?
Theres blood linking her in the bathroom but that could have been saliva
It's like a witch hunt the way peoople go on with Amanda

I do think its awful how the media has always focused on Amanda though, its poor Meredith who should be, she was the one who died

I think Amanda may have been there and witnessed it and not done anything, but killed her no

I think all three of them are guilty.

They had it right the first time tbh, the three of them were guilty. Such a joke of a case though.

Just lol at the possibility of Rudy doing it all on his own. Picking up that huge rock, throwing it high into a window when there were easier ways to go in and he had already been in the apartment before aswell as knowing the boys downstairs,no genuine trace of a break in,being able to pin down and stab her the way she's was stabbed? Can't see it and that's just stuff off the top of my head that doesn't make sense. The whole scene screamed fake break in. Broke window, unrealistic rock used, clothes on the floor and room generally a mess, but all the expensive items are untouched. Also the obvious washing up cleaning attempt.

One thing that got my attention though was when Rudy claimed a white guy tried stab him and then yelled to a woman that a black guy is in the house. I immediately thought that was why Amanda blamed the pub owner. Although of course that is all BS unless we want to imply Rudy is innocent and it was just Amanda and the bf

I agree with you. I think all three are guilty. I don't think Rudy is innocent at all. He may not have killed her, but he was part of the assault.

I don't think we'll ever know the truth for certain, the Italian justice system ballsed this one up from the start.

I doubt it will matter, I'd bet my life the Americans won't send her back anyway

They will have to if she's found guilty in appeal as well.

Of course she could be found not guilty. That is possible.

They'll probably say something like oh double jeopardy blah blah blah (eventhough it's not their court system)

I know, but this case has had so many trials it's become a joke.
