In a section that also contains 'TiBB Charm school' and 'The Fabulous Thread for Fabulous Things' I find this one less pointless than a lot of them, personally.

Yet again, the main issue for your ire on TIBB is GC versus C&G? Now that seems completely childish to me, but hey, can't argue with admin.

I've seen loads of threads just moved out of GC into C&G without any issues raised by moderators - just gently and quietly moved them for the thread starter. No issues whatsoever. So it's the recent selectivity that is strange. Although we both know there is a reason for that too, don't we?

That's fair enough Livia and just like you I am also allowed to post my opinion and that is that the thread is pointless.

This has nothign to do with c&g vs general chat really, you were the one that brought up threads from a different section to try proving a point..

I don't want to move this thread or I would have done already, I was posting an opinion and btw your own first response in the this thread never added a great contribution did it? but yet you choose to jump on my opinion because I say the thread is pointless?

Josy, I don't think I've ever taken the trouble to drop into a thread merely to give my opinion on its pointlessness.

I came into the thread to post an opinion Livia until I read the OP, there wasn't any trouble involved I was browsing through threads anyway.

I don't believe in the supernatural or anything but my mother has had some interesting things told to her, which I shared. It was immediately put down because people 'don't believe'

I'm not saying people who don't believe are wrong. It's personal preference. Some people find comfort in mediums and the thought that there's communication between this and the 'afterlife'. Who is anyone to deny that comfort?

The pointlessness of this thread is different to normal pointless threads though. The topic itself could be interesting, the pointlessness only came in with the OP, basically inviting people to share their opinions but in the next breath rubbishing them before they even did so

You don't want people to respond with "I don't care if you don't believe me" but it's ok for your side of things to be "I don't believe in that stuff" because that's basically all that you're saying.

I went to see her in Llandudno live, two hours and she had 5 "messages" out of which only one was slightly 'accurate', was so awkward.
