It's usually either a Thursday, Friday or a Sunday for me and it depends on if I have the following day off work. I refuse to work with a hangover :P

What a fail Scot...

And no not usually. Every now and again if we aren't too skint (which hasnt been for months now) and have a babysitter we will go out after work on a friday night. But usually its just birthdays and such tbh

At university we had a tendency to avoid Friday and Saturday nights out because those are the nights all the locals are out, but we have gone out occasionally. We normally go out twice during the week, pretty much always a Monday night and then one of Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Sometimes weve done three or four nights out but that was more so in first year.

Back at home I only live in a small town so Friday and Saturday are the only nights with a bit of life. We usually do one or the other weekly, sometimes both, but its a much more expensive night out than at university so sometimes I pass.

A good night out at university may cost £15-20 + prinks, whilst back at home it reaches £50. One night I spent over £75 and was well mad because I started using card... never doing that again :joker:

Not much any more because I don't drink so there's no point. Saying that I did go out tonight sober and it wasn't too bad. Found a decent pub and we just played pool and put the world to right. Pretty much what I'd do if drinking.

I'm still out. currently in a takeaway shop eating with my friend  there's so many annoying/loud people in here and this woman just tried to sit on our table

I went out lots as a student but now that I'm more or less moved back home and working 8-5 throughout the week, the weekends are the only chance I get to really do anything with my spare time because by the time I get home (5.30ish) I've maybe got an hour or two to relax, have dinner and then I'm in my bed by about 9.30-10 because I get up at 6.45. Night life here in Aberdeen at the weekends is obscenely expensive and it's an extremely violent place to be (see: 2/5 of my birthdays as an adult I've been beaten up by strangers for absolutely no reason) so I don't really go out here. There's a nice pub/restaurant/function place about a 5 minute walk up the road from my house so I might try and convince all my friends to make that our local even though none of them really live near it  there's just nowhere for people to go and nothing to do up here, it's bad.

Yes, usually every 2 weekends. It's not very expensive if you go to the right places.

No, iv done that and now i am happier at home

Nowadays, my idea of a night out is fish and chips at the seaside whilst watching the surfers..or visiting friends and relatives.

Back in the days before I met hubby I was out 6 nights a week, plus Sunday afternoon session and had to go clubbing every Friday and Saturday night, all this whilst holding down a job in catering management.

life in the fast lane..

Always on a Saturday, sometimes Fridays too.

I use to go out all the time at the weekends, but now cause I work weekends and being hungover in work is hell I stopped.

So I go out Thursdays now, in Glasgow it's cheaper student night so I prefer it!
