I don't think there's much of an issue here. Kimberly has stated before she has no qualms about being naked in front of people and probably isn't fazed about being around naked people. Winston looked uncomfortable though and she should've probably noticed that/asked if she could join him first. But the way the other girls are acting are as if he was married to Tamara and now she's jumping in the shower to flirt with him.

Kimberly is so far up her own ****. My God, she's unbearable. Wish she'd stop talking down to people, it's so funny though.

Well, I'm not a fan of hers, I just think this particular incident wasn't really a big deal. But I do agree that it was possibly to just get some attention (or she was really desperate to clean herself :P )
