Advice.

Don't tell your girlfriend / wife you judge her 66.7% on looks and only 33.3% on what she is like. :hehe:

I don't think so. I don't really find anyone in there that attractive. Ash was the most attractive to me at first (though not really my type), but I haven't liked him at all so now I just find him physically boring. The more I see of Chris, the more attractive I find him but I didn't find him attractive at first. I am not attracted to girls, but I find all of the women unattractive, though Kim and Ashleigh would be the better looking ones. However, Kim is an absolute dullard so I'm finding her less attractive as it goes on as well. I like Ashleigh though.

Long story short, I find personalities more attractive than physical appearance. Initial impression of physical appearance won't matter if they have crappy personalities.

At first maybe but i think Kimberly is attractive and i've gone right off her so i think it fades after a while.

Looks don't matter one single bit.

I only look at the person and what they're like inside.

Whether I would feel at ease in their company, and if I could trust them.

Good one, I try to do exactly that too.

Thanks. I look at people in general like that. Not just in the house. :)

billy123 03-07-2014 07:36 AM

No if looks were even a factor i would be an Ashleigh fan she is pretty but eww what a horrid bitch.

chuff me dizzy 03-07-2014 07:39 AM

Not in the slightest

Gusto Brunt 03-07-2014 07:46 AM

I also like a telly villain. :D Like the old 1980s JR, someone who we can all love to 'hate'. :p

Sophiee 03-07-2014 10:31 AM

not particularly. I could never support somebody if they were good looking and were a terrible housemate.

Niamh. 03-07-2014 10:34 AM

No not at all, imo Ash is really, really goodlooking, probably exactly what I find most attractive in a man but he's not a very nice person so I don't like him and hope he goes on Friday. The girls, well I'm not attracted to girls lol so it really never comes into the equation, I'm all about the personality in there

Verbal 03-07-2014 10:36 AM

Saying people are asexual just because they consider personality to be more important than looks is immature, which is exactly why the people saying it say it.

Male housemates, I judge them on what they are like as a person and/or housemate.

The reason I judge female housemates on beauty and sex appeal as well as what they are like as a person is because I am a man. I have a penis and get aroused by sexually attractive women. If I was asexual maybe I would not judge on beauty and sex appeal and judge the male and female housemates solely on what they are like as a person.

How does that make you asexual? You can find someone goodlooking and still think they're a dickhead (eg Ash)

Kizzy 03-07-2014 10:41 AM

I prefer it if they take a bit of pride... when ashleigh, toya and danielle were slobbing around in their pjs all day it annoyed me a bit.

kefln 03-07-2014 10:57 AM

Not at all.

My favourite HMs are Chris and Jale. Neither of which would be considered classical pin-up models.

In terms of attractiveness I would say that Kim is the best looking girl in there, but I wouldn't be a supporter of her.

That is one of my pet hates, seeing them walking around in their dressing gowns during the day. Eugh. I hate people that do that.

Kizzy 03-07-2014 11:03 AM

They wouldn't do it at home I'm sure, and there's people watching you!
Why on earth make yourself look as disengaged and uninteresting as possible?

Niamh. 03-07-2014 11:04 AM

First thing I do when I get home from work is put on my PJs :smug:

mrflibble 03-07-2014 11:07 AM

I like that they don't frolic about the house all day made up. It shows that they're comfortable in their surroundings and with themselves. Makes it feel more like I'm watching a bunch of real people rather than a fictional drama.

So... I'm assuming you don't go to work in them?

Obviously not but the HMs are at home all day, aren't they? :hehe:

Kizzy 03-07-2014 11:37 AM

If you didn't go out you would stay in your pjs all day too then?
That isn't 'home' ....They're on television.
