Why drink all that water?

Just eat normally. dont snack and take reasonable exercise.

What age are you anyroad, if you are under 18 then for crying out loud move about more and forget about what you eat?

I'm doing Slim-Fast and have lost a stone in a week :)

A stone in a week sounds a lot unhealthier than whatever the OP is doing

I've lost 22kg so far on my 'weight loss journey' (still heaps to go, bleh) and I've had PLENTY of cheat days. Just pick yourself back up the next day. Don't worry about it. But don't ever think 'oh I've just stuffed myself full of cake (or whatever) so I've ruined it' because then you'll just stuff yourself with cake the next day and the next day... Just think of it as a little treat and continue on as you would and perhaps next time you go to stuff your face with whatever it was, remember how you felt this time and try to say no. And of course it wouldn't hurt to go for a little walk or jog to burn off some of the calories you just ate :)
