Instead of a warning, he's got immunity from nomination for the next noms! :D

aimat2 01-09-2014 07:33 AM

vile thing

waterhog 01-09-2014 07:38 AM

what ever james is - he must stay - people calling for BB to remove him are destroying the show. think wisely what you are asking for.

Vicky. 01-09-2014 09:01 AM

He was vile. I hate how he dressed it up as helping him too.

Disagree about throwing him out or giving him a warning really..Gary can handle him quite well, he just seems to brush it off. Let James get more and more hated I say :hehe:

That's the reason I started the thread. I'm kind of torn. On the one hand, its all water off a ducks back to Gary, it doesn't seem to particularly affect him, and its not possible to bully someone who can't be bullied. However, James is a nasty, manipulative creature, and the way he behaves is not acceptable. If he was doing it to someone that could be bullied, I'm sure he would have been thrown out already. So, does it become acceptable because the recipient can take it?

LOOOL. How is it helpful to offer advice and next minute turn on him and start being abusive?

Let him stay, let Gary and Audley bring him down in their non destructive ways. Who knows James may learn something about himself. Erghhhh I doubt it his ego is so big and whilst he thinks he has the eye of the madam from America, he will go on and on just trying to make Gary look small. Keep your cool Gary and bring him down!!!!

Margarine. 01-09-2014 09:20 AM

Throw everyone out but Gary, Frenchy, Audley and Edele

I am happy for him to stay- only for the reason- the more air time he gets the larger the hole he is digging for himself. There will be no coming back from this one.

Not unless they do a program called ' Celebrity Anger Management'.

Suze 01-09-2014 09:26 AM

James is Producers Pet at the moment, and they will even do their best I reckon to help keep him safe from evictions leading up to the final before throwing him under the bus then, so he won't get punished, he will get away with pretty much anything, with an occasional nudge from BB to try and keep a bit sweet with the public.

Ellen 01-09-2014 09:36 AM

I doubt James will view his behaviour as wrong in or out of the house, he seems to have real problems admitting he is in the wrong or at fault. BB wont warn him unless he goes ott or Gary says something.

Don't feel sorry for me, I'm having a great time supporting him, He's made me laugh more than anyone in there, fun times!

I agree with this, I want BB to out his behaviour as it has done to previous bullies. I want it to be done in front of everyone too. BB is brilliant at bringing down those who think they have got it sussed and can show him up to the end degree.

I agree it should be Audley and Gary who do it too. I don't know how but can't wait. Stephanie and gormless George, are getting some slaps off BB already but James has his, yet to happen.

I know how he will react though, explaining it to the minute degree and getting red faced when others disagree.

Spot on again Jules.

There are too many warnings in BB.

The best thing that can happen to James is exactly what Gary is doing - not retaliating and leaving James to sow the seeds of his own self destruction.

I mean - the cheers for Gary and the boos for James tell you all you need to know.

Gusto Brunt 01-09-2014 10:25 AM

James was disgusting the way he spoke to Gary.

Tarryn 01-09-2014 11:30 AM

Keep him in there.
The longer he is in there the more time he has to make himself look even worse.
Even other HM's are realising it now.
If this was on the outside Audley would have decked him by now.

jet 01-09-2014 11:37 AM

Now that I've seen how Gary 'interrupted' and he didn't do it in a rude way at all, I wonder why James got all twisted up about it and spoke to Gary in such a horrible way. WTF!

No excuse for that at all, but the one thing that stops me from completely condemning him is the way he is the only one who really gets blasted and hated for his treatment of Gary which means the others treatment of him gets diluted and not talked about much.

Examples: The way Ricci told him he was dirty and disgusting. The way Stephanie stamped her foot and yelled over him and sniggers when he is being 'told off'. The way Dee tells him not to touch the pizza with his hands, and tells the other HM's not to worry, she'll wash Gary's clothes separately as if he's a leper. The way George also speaks to him in the same patronizing way James does and says he didn't think he was coming into an old peoples home.
If Ricci thinks he is dirty and disgusting, how does he behave around Gary that we don't see? And the others I mentioned too. They seem to just stay out of his way and treat him like a bad smell under their nose, but because James actually bothers to interact with him he gets the brunt of it all.
Not excusing his behaviour at all, it's uncalled for, but remember that many of the others as as bad in their own way and we'd probably see it if they actually took any time to be with him.

All those other things do get talked about, but James acts aggressive in all of his conversations, not just with Gary.

..I don't think the others do 'get away with it' Jet or even if their part is diluted in any way because it is equally discussed whenever their has been a particular incident and the 'pack thing' and 'bullying' have been referred to in many posts which includes them all...I think that James is discussed more in general because he's extremely pompous and self important..(I personally think that comes from extreme insecurities..)...but we all talk about the ones 'we love to hate' more than the ones that are actually ok just because it creates 'lively conversations'.....I also think that maybe James was criticised a bit more at the beginning because he was the first one to seem to 'create' a situation with Gary that need not have happened in the first place but then seemed to also portray that he calmed that situation as well..and also maybe because he does seem to take some time with Gary and more than others then immediately mocks/laughs or is mean about him to someone else immediately after, which is not something anyone else does so much... it just adds an extra layer od how duplicitous he has been with Gary because he's constantly telling him that he's being his friend, you know..?..
