I hope to God the public will see sense and vote to save the others. Frenchy has had her day

French fried.

I think his reasoning was valid, she may also be dragging him down a bit. Anyway hes entitled to nominate who he wants.

Northern Monkey 01-09-2014 09:39 PM

Yes,I must admit,It disappointed me slightly.

achro 01-09-2014 09:50 PM

People still going on about the damn food. Who cares? :D

armand.kay 01-09-2014 09:53 PM

Gary making the biggest move in the game by flipping on his alliance?

LukeB 01-09-2014 09:59 PM

i was shocked tbh

the truth 01-09-2014 10:08 PM

great reasons for nominating her...he didn't put his selfish reasons first, he put the whole experience and the house first. frenchy I really like but shes off the rails really ...I wouldn't have voted her but gary gave good reason

more proof he is playing the biggest game.

That's the desperate last gasp argument that the anti-Gary brigade are hoping will derail him. It's interesting that the first time something that is even remotely questionable about his behaviour (and I think he was well within his rights to do it given her chucking good food away), out of the woodwork come all the Gary haters who have been very quick to have collective orgasms about it.

I shouldn't hold your breath - this won't make much impact on his popularity despite your best efforts - nice try tho.

Flamingjoe 01-09-2014 10:31 PM

I actually gasped out-loud when I heard him nominate her. It was so upsetting, especially considering there are other people in the House who have treated him very poorly. I guess it is kind of understandable due to his "Together, everyone achieves more" when he entered.

A big deal over nothing. I actually thought he would do it after the food waste incident - to me it is no surprise at all. This "alliance" only seems to exist in the head of Frenchy fans.

I was surprised by his nomination of Kellie - I thought he would nominate Ricci I must admit.

Oh yes they did, and she understood the same as Kellie did.

Gary: Frenchy: Audley for the last three in.

JayBlaze 01-09-2014 10:37 PM

I knew he'd nominate her after seeing lastnights show where he said something like "actions have consequences" after she threw her food in the rubbish.

the truth 01-09-2014 10:42 PM

maybe she will wise up. I do sympathise because she only goes bananas when she is ganed up on....not a nice feeling in a foreign land

..to be fair to Gary though, Frenchy suggested the alliance and he agreed to it but also said that he had many alliances or a few alliances or something..?..these are things we don't see and seem strange to us because of how he's treated by a lot of the other housemates but he doesn't see things the way the public do and thinks of the housemates differently and their 'treatment' of him differently...so there may have been a 'level playing field' of his choices of who he would nominate and the reason and the food throwing out from Frenchy might have been something he thought was wrong so just enough to give him a reason that he didn't feel he had with others..?...

..some of us as viewers love the Gary/Frenchy 'alliance' because they're both outsiders really but he doesn't feel like an 'outsider', I think he's just totally enjoying and taking what he can from his experience and seeing more positive things than we are..?...also, he maybe is a bit of a 'gameplayer' and thinking about his 'many' alliances and which are the better options..?...I like Gary and Frenchy just because they don't think the same as others in the...oh two-faced/backstabbing/best friends etc way because they owe no loyalties to anyone, none of them are friends..this isn't 'real life'...this is a game show where everyone is an 'individual' and nothing is real in terms of any loyalties or obligations etc....I like the way that even though things do get heated etc at times, they both realise that, accept situations for what they are and just get on with it all and move on with it all...and are basically just 'their own people'....

If he's two faced, he probably can't make up his mind which way to point, and that might explain why he pees everywhere.

As Ammi mentions above it was Frenchy who suggested the alliance. Gary did not appear to embrace it in the context she meant.

I don't feel it makes any difference looking at who is up for eviction as RE Frenchy I would not wish to live with her but I love watching her and I suspect/hope that enough viewers will think likewise to ensure that she stays.

I am looking forward to seeing her kick off over how the luxury food budget is spent.

His memory must be selective as his hearing. Sorry but I don't buy his hard of hearing act as he only asks to repeat when it is negative.

Sophiee 02-09-2014 10:20 AM

got to say I found it a little surprising but definitely not in a bad way. get her up and out! :clap1:

Clear lack of experience dealing with hard of hearing people here. Its not selective hearing at all, its just not true to suggest he only doesn't hear negative comments.

Hearing loss is not an exact thing, there are many many variables involved. Suggest people get their facts correct before posting any more rubbish

If she can't have her food then why should the rest of them get more?

lmao a stupid move - I have no sympathy for him now, a very rude, ungrateful man
