Load of crap,I haven't eaten meat since I was 13,not done me any harm,there is iron in plenty of other things,also meat is not that healthy.

You're not really saving cows lives though, as your only one person out of the many many many carnivores in the world to stop buying it. The cows are still going to be killed. :( Basically, You're like a special little snowflake in a huge blizzard.

yeah, I was just messing, i'll be eating Quorn meat whenever required (Sunday dinners or Christmas meals)

Over the last year I've realised I really, really enjoy food and couldn't limit myself any longer :joker:

I still eat a lot of veggie stuff cos it is tasty and cheaper but I've opened myself up to all these new food possibilities and it's definitely made me happier. :)
