It's raining, kids are on gadgets, husband laying down watching Drillbit Taylor and dogs are sleeping on their beanbags.......this is what we are all doing at the moment.......should probably be doing college homework........nah!:laugh:

It's 6.48 am, and I have just finished watching 'Guardians of the Galaxy'. I am enjoying my 5th or 6th cigarette and my 4th cup of coffee while I read the new posts on here. It's still dark, damp and cold outside, and warm, light, and bright with Christmas decorations inside. I am alive - truly blessed - life is good. Good morning to all of you.

Yeah good point, although you better watch they don't hold back any of your wages or week in advance if you worked one at the beginning.

What do you mean?

Like some companies can be awkward if you don't work your whole notice period and deduct the days from any pay you are due.

Also I don't know if it's the same where you are but here when you start a job you work a week in advance or a week lie time which means they owe you a full weeks pay when you finish up on top of what you are already owed.

Oh right, this is the only day I've had off as 'sick' though and I've already been paid my months wages so I'm not top fussed :laugh:

I text my manager saying that I couldn't get through to the offices and I won't be coming in lol

I'm having a poo

Its 10C in my kitchen so I have fired up the heater and have just emptied boxes out of my frozen frosty car. Also threw dogs poo in the river, it was steaming as temp is below zero.

Cleaning a cut on my arm because of a negligent customer at the place I work, parked almost half of his car over the edge of a parking space and blocked off the entry to the backyard where I was taking a stock cage, it only just wouldn't fit through and bounced back and trapped my arm. The driver was lucky my manager was doing security near the front of the shop and intervened :notimpressed:
