Obviously not, I don't know why plastic surgery is even associated with narcissism because if something is affecting someone so severely that they want to surgically change their body then they obviously have low self-esteem and should be allowed to do what they want with their body.

I agree Liam that people can do what they want with their bodies, and that no one else's opinion matters. but people will still have an opinion, especially on the topic of boobs which was the actual question posed on here.

I'd never slag someone off for having any type of 'plastic' surgery, but I will always prefer natural breasts to silicone ones, which is what I stated.

Anyway, I couldn't be such.an hypocrite - not after undergoing plastic surgery myself last year when I had my 'manhood extended from 12" to 18". :hehe:

p.s. your nose looks fine just the way it is.

Hey there

VanessaFeltz. 09-10-2014 09:03 PM

yeah of course.

jk jk it is their body but imo people should accept themselves and dont change their body like that.

If i liked my small boobs i'd be happy with the size.. but if i didn't, I'd without a doubt get them done.

Idk for sure but i thought the NHS did do nose jobs in some cases (though i may be wrong) we do all have imperfections but for a woman, having nice boobs are important for their self esteem. If they don't like their boobs, having them sorted out could make them so much more confident as a person.

but people should not judge them if they get them done, if they want it, it's up to them

I totally agree, and if anybody with small or large breasts ever misplaces their bra - don't be upset, I'm always here for support. :hehe:

Having a bigger cock might make a lot of men more confident but they wouldn't get that on the NHS.

The NHS do nose jobs of course they do, but for medical conditions not because someone doesn't think their nose is attractive.

I think the way there is encouragement to have them shows how ****ed up this society is. So yea I'm pretty much against the whole concept of them. And calling it cosmetic surgery, the industry is created around insecurity with your body. And isn't surgery meant to cure a illness or something that's wrong with a person. So it implies that there is something wrong with the natural body, it's just messed up.

While on the other hand, I do believe that people have a right to do what they wish with their body. However I just hope that one day, the practice of boob jobs is frowned upon like the practice of foot binding is today.

Yeh I agree.

I care more about why a person wants to have a boob job than them actually having the boob job. That's where I think we have gone wrong. People have every right to do what they want to their own body and that's fine knock yourself out but hopefully the reasoning behind it is sound. If they feel they have do it for societal pressure/pressure from partner then maybe it's something we all need to take a bit of collective responsibility for setting such unrealistic goals of the perfect woman.

Yeah but i don't think that women should get boob jobs on the NHS just because they want "bigger" boobs. I'm talking about if they literally had deformed boobs that were ruining their self esteem, just as if a man had an unnatural looking penis (or cock :hehe:) , i think he should be able to get that fixed (if he wished to do so) on the NHS

Well that would fall under the "medical" needs I mentioned originally.

Kizzy 10-10-2014 01:50 AM

I don't think they should be available on the NHS, however that's led to girls going abroad and when home and infected having the NHS sort them out .. :(
I do think the cosmetic surgery industry needs regulating to prevent this here at least.
I don't agree with it in theory but I can see why some women would, not those who just wish to launch a career in glamour but affected with self esteem issues.

..it's not something I really think about or have an opinion on, if people want to then that's cool..personally, having had surgery I wouldn't elect to have any out of choice unless I had to...

You should care about what you care about not what others care about.
