You can get lactose free milk that's good for allergies, these nut milks you see in the supermarkets are new and seem like 'the latest thing' but from what Jessica describes soaking and blending almonds sounds lovely and something I'll deffo try.

Actually if anyone wants any I will send them some gratis to try, it too has no lactose as the kefir feeds off that to make the yogurt.
