Yeah song choice is important, but you can't totally blame song choices for people sounding awful, they'd do that no matter what song was chosen

i just said, stevi is not the best singer, but his song choices have been right for him so he hasn't sounded bad

and all jake songs have been wrong for him

Tom4784 31-10-2014 12:14 PM

I don't think it's fair to blame her for the song choices, the judges are figureheads. It's the producers that have the final say on who goes through to lives and their song choices.

not really, her attitude is horrid.
stevi would of got more votes then raign anyway :idc:

Raign >>>> Jay and Stevie, she was robbed of her potential place by that moody Geordie bitch.

Tom4784 31-10-2014 12:18 PM

The producers put through Stevi, not Cheryl.

not Cheryl's fault Raign came across as a silly little brat. Raign would of been ok if had a better attitude, but i'm not surprised you like Raign tbh

not everyone will love Raign to be honest

One minute you're saying she's a 'vile brat' and then you're saying you're not surprised i like her.. sounds like a personal attack to me.

And i like her because she's original, she had a good voice and was obviously a good artist.

because you have a record of liking vile people  but let's not touch on that because this is about the x factor, not big brother:laugh:

it's not a personal attack at all(Sorrry if it came across that way)

By saying that your thinking in a black and white sense - which is exactly what you accused Luke of. It's his opinion, it's not wrong. There really can't be a 'wrong' opinion. I think everyone tends to struggle not seeing things clearly when they have a favorite.. :)

Correct, I was just playing Luke's game, considering he likes to do it so much.. At least you're capable of seeing it, even if it's only from one side.

From when she called Paul a white Jay Z I think it is safe to say she is pretty clueless.

Fair play, that was ****ing stupid :joker:

Crimson Dynamo 31-10-2014 01:54 PM

she is thick as two short planks and i doubt has a clue about the music industry

Mystic Mock 31-10-2014 04:47 PM

Jack needs an Indie/Folk song yet Mel B won't give it to him because she's scared that someone might actually upstage precious Paul.

I like her being truthful but she is not a good mentor at all! to me she has favourites! which is andrea and then paul. She has not been giving the right songs for jack or jake!

And then she said something unfair on fleur! making her out as a cheat! even simons acts says it's tactical. no judge should be able to tell lies to destroy someones chances, because that is cheating.

Tulisa did it, with Misha B.

Anyway, I think Mel is judging fine. She could focus more on Jack though, hopefully Jake's departure is a wake-up call that she needs to spread her focus to her acts equally.
