:worry: I really don't know if my mother is going to get another one, she gets paid Friday and she has to pay bills, get christmas presents and my birthday present, and the rest is for shopping :( my house will look like we don't celebrate it!

Why can't you mend it? What type is it?

This thread is side-splitting. Better than watching the Comedy Channel. :joker:

Kirk starts car - drives to Mossley Hill then around Wirral looking for large conservatory with 10' tree. :hehe:

Marsh. 26-11-2014 05:38 PM

Tom's conservatory is on the Wirral?

Liam- 26-11-2014 05:40 PM

Wtf is the Wirral? It sounds like Jonathan Ross trying to say 'squirrel'

God bless you Anniek -- Get it put up and decorate. Let your little boy's glee and enthusiasm lift you, because it will. Let him motivate you and don't leave it too late.

I was a bit tired and a bit down but God bless Lukeb, Marsh and Liam - this thread's lifted me.

Mine's been up for 2 weeks already. I love the build up too.

joeysteele 26-11-2014 07:08 PM

Where I am living currently, mine will e up arond the 12th,however at home, my Mum only puts the tree up on Christmas eve and as we all go that day for the Christmas period everyone partakes in dressing the tree by the end of the day.
One of her old traditions and my Grandmother's before her too.
