Saying you don't like gingers is not the same as saying you don't like black people LOL
I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out Katie had the ginger gene herself, does she have any freckles? Anyone know? Pretty sure on white people this is a slight sign of ginger gene lol |

I think that saying it can be very offensive, being ginger is something someone is born with, just like the colour of their skin and to discriminate against someone because of that is not right.
The only reason racism is much worse is because the stigma attached to it. Gingers are often mocked, but I still think it's wrong. It has the same premise, they are being discriminated on something they were born with and something they did not choose. If you say, "well they can dye their hair and change it from ginger, a person can't change their skin" then firstly, em Michael Jackson and secondly, why should they have to change their hair colour to avoid mockery? Katie is a vile women, and does things for attention. She is a pathetic low-life. With no morals and certainly no class. |
Fat people can diet,Lazy people can get off their arse,Ginger people can use hair dye.Black/Asian people can't change that(unless you're Michael Jackson).Racism is worse.
PS.Not defending her,She's twat. |

If your child was ginger and got bullied in school, how would you feel? Would you say, aw it's ok I'll dye your hair and the pain will go away? What kind of lesson is that? Discrimination is WRONG, no matter what form. |

I'm tired of this "Discrimination Top Trumps" that people seem to be playing. It shouldn't be a matter of "Well, _____ is worse than ____". Prejudice and discrimination is dangerous in all of it's forms. |

The black people alive today never endured any slavery, their ancestors did. Yes that was wrong, but I believe any discrimination, no matter what form is the same. It makes a person feel worthless and low. Racism is only seen as worse because of the stigma and the media. All discrimination is as bad as each other. |

Hey, remember the one about the ginger baby that was "so much harder to love"? Hilarious! Vintage Hopkins! She was "only joking" when she made light of the Glasgow helicopter crash and Pauline Cafferkey too. Doesn't make it any less of a ****ty thing to say. |
It was only really african americans enslaved though. I think most black people in the uk dont descend from slavery, discrimination maybe but not like in america even in the 50s & 60s

I'm a red head and I must admit the first thing I asked when my son was born was "is he ginger". I really didn't want a ginger boy (boys get more **** than girls). I didn't get much **** about my hair growing up (mainly because I was a bit of a scrapper) but I didn't want him to face the name calling etc over a genetic inheritance....but do you know what? My boy is gorgeous.....I am terribly biased but he truly is.... |
