I certainly never said she was a bad person, but quietly telling the others instead of bringing it up with Alicia straight away goes against her own apparent values.
And considering she and Katie did the same, she had no right to be "annoyed" in the first place. Food hiding evidently isn't a big issue with her when she and her friends are the ones doing it.

dingbat just means someone that does something dumb.

Context is very important, and the context was pretty nasty imo. Especially when, just the day before, she seemed to disapprove of Katie mocking Alicia's intelligence herself.
Michelle was my favourite this time yesterday, but I'm not going to excuse just her and absolve her of her part just because of that.
I don't think she's a horrible person etc, but I think she messed up yesterday. I hope she wins be back around.
