Any "Mother" who makes a 3 yr old nag for 2 WEEKS for a piece of meat, is a cruel parent

Don't be ridiculous Chuff, she's giving her child a healthy diet. I'm sure lots of kids "nag" all the time for Pizza or chocolate etc etc

Why is it different? If she has a balanced diet which btw is perfectly achievable for vegetarians if you're well educated in what foods you need to be eating to be getting all you need and tbf to Alicia she seems to be very well educated in that subject.

I feel that when using a forum such as this and finding yourself in disagreement with another members comments its not what you say but how you say it which can cause an interesting debate to turn into a negative trade off.

This is how I perceive Katie who is an intelligent Woman well able to make her point without indulging in OTT sarcasm and rudeness. I think she was correct concerning Alicias actions RE her child and meat but Cruel was not a good choice of word.

She clearly not happy with it or she wouldn't nag for meat for 2 weeks

Do you think a mother who states to a nation that her 5 year old son is very probably gay is a good mother? Do you think a mother who tells a nation that her daughters missed out in the looks department is a considerate mum? Do you think broadcasting that you would put your children through a mincer if you thought you would benefit from it is shows those children you care about them? and do you think not allowing your children to play with other children because you don't like their names is okay?

Kids nag for food all the time, when my own daughter was that age she would have ate chicken nuggetts and waffles every night of the week if I let her but I'm her mother and thats not healthy, she didn't enjoy me saying no to her or making her eat veg instead but I made her anyway, does that make me a cruel mother? :think:

I don't think that you need to be strong to sleep with men, and sell stories. She appears extremely timid, and a timid person can sleep with people, and sell stories.

We all know what Katie is like,even Alicia,surely she would be savvy enough to ignore or retort to what she thinks Katie said wrong,why just air it to people who really don't care.

She did say it to Katie though on last nights h/ls. She was probably a bit caught off guard during the actual conversation :shrug:

In fairness Kazanne she did speak to Katie face to face I really like her.

The thing I wonder about Katie is 'Can she have her labotamy reversed?':joker:

Katie is going for who she thinks is the weakest in the pack.
She tried it with Patsy & has now moved onto Alicia.
She does not have the guts to go after a Cami or Michelle as they would rip her apart.

Well as I said, I can't begin to understand why she didn't bring it up there and then rather than leaving it at the time to just raise the issue again the following day, that doesn't make sense to me. It's almost like she was looking for a reason to get back at her after the banana incident and once again, make herself look like the victim and Katie look like the bad girl.

We are not talking chicken nuggets, we are talking organic chicken BIG difference

Katie IS the bad girl.
Alicia did nothing to deserve Katie laying into her.
Katie is slowly showing her true self.
She promised to say what she thought but instead up until now is the most fake HM in there.
She does not have the guts to be the horrible person she is when she is writing these things. Instead she is backing off as she is scared of going face to face with the stronger personalities in there.
Katie is gutless.

She didn't raise the issue again with her, it was the first time she'd raised it with her after Katie had made those comments. When Katie said that stuff to her, she then got up and left, to me, Alicia looked a bit gob smacked by what she'd just said, I don't think there's anything weird about that. I know if it were me and I was a bit too stunned to respond at the time, it would certainly be something I'd bring up again because it was just an awful thing to say. Some people need time to think about stuff properly before they say something to the person, it's not a bad thing I don't think infact having a bit of a think before she speaks might be something the ever so charming Katie might benefit from :laugh:
