No it wont, it will force them to be friends and kill the show. no where to run = consolidation and the likes of them will make up and sort it out.

I can't see there being a secret room or anything like that, 'nomination twist' wouldn't describe that would it? that would more of an eviction twist.

It has to be something that will cause either one or more of the current nominees to be safe and the safe housemates to be nominated

I don't think that they will try to keep Perez in. All they can do is shorten the odds of him going in a none obvious way.
