Well you do realize women are physically weaker than men and frequently raped? its a taboo subject and one you seem to be missing, Im sorry to bring it up but come on reality check. There is such a thing as being a gentleman and being a lady. I believe her intentions were just to be kind to him and he took it the wrong way. It was really unfortunate, he didnt deserve to be thrown out but also Chole didn't deserve to leave. It was a shame for all involved but he has learned a good lesson - STOP DRINKING. It is deeply embedded into the psychology of females to be intimidated by men doing things like this to them - they feel vulnerable and cant protect themselves whereas men can. Im sorry but its as simple as that.

So they are lower class people not worthy of respect and should not be afforded the same rights and protections as everyone else? I really hope that's not what you are implying

lets hope shes learned her lesson....don't invade someones private space, especially when theyre drunk and sick...she shouldn't have gone in there and certainly not naked under her loose fitting robe. that was idiotic. men are not invulnerable and are far too deminized whereas women are too over protected, the double standards have reached disgustiug proportions. besides being a gentleman is usually criticized as patronizing these days or sexist so men can never ever get it riright. if they said women and children first when the titanic sinks the women would soon grab their lifeboats then complain about being patronized later. whilst the brave gentlemen lay drowned at the bottom of the ocean, just about sums it up in this male hating sexist society

Some strange opinions on here... IMO Chloe wasn't invading his space she went to help him along with Cami and Nadia...he never asked them to get out at any stage. Chloe obviously had not long come out of the shower hence not being dressed...you don't think of getting dressed when you helping someone!!
Chloe never expected that Jeremy would 'take a peek'...it was a daft thing for Jeremy to do...but he didn't grope her, he exposed her boob, it was inappropriate and took Chloe by surprise. For someone who did topless modelling you have to have confidence and a certain amount of brashness to expose yourself to camera men etc let alone allow it to be published to the nation...she ain't no shrinking violet!!...that doesn't make what Jeremy did right. She had every right to be a bit upset or angry for that matter.
I think it was all taken well out of proportion and ultimately it led to her eviction...

not strange opinons, just actual genuine common sense opinions that are banned from mainstream tv because on there freedom of speech is banned unless youre attacking hetrosexual men

unoino 20-01-2015 11:35 AM

Your repeating yourself...the fact that there is obviously divided opinion on this puts the whole validity of her allegation into prespective...and what Im saying to you is that people are judgemental...yes were suppossed to be impartial but if I was on the jury on whether Jeremy indecently assaulted her Id find him not guilty...not that it would get that far..just because the police charge somebody doesnt mean the cps would take it to court.!

Firstly Cami and callum have been flirting with eachother since the show started, there's clearly a mutual thing going on between them and yet still neither of them have opened the others clothing revealing a breast etc The Jeremy/Chloe thing happened while Chloe was trying to help a sick Jeremy, there was no encouragement or "green light" given from Chloe to allow him to open her clothing

I couldn't agree more Niamh but some posters on here absolutely LOATHE those two girls. So let them at it

For ****s sake Jeremy overstepped the line. most people in here agree thank Godness. WHY is the WOMAN almost always blamed. In every interview she has done since she said she is not going to press charges accepts Jeremys apology and just wants to move on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rionablue 20-01-2015 01:11 PM

[QUOTE=the truth;7510123]s did cry wolf she made out as if hed attacked her which he hadn't, she deliberately milked the situation in a thoroughly disingenuous and ruthless way to get some cheap camera attention. he didn't lay a hand on her, she invaded his space. she went in there naked too[/QUOTE

WHAT programme are you watching. She CERTAINLY didn't make out he attacked her she told BB and the others what happened and as NIAMH said He told the same story. What about the other girls who went in there that night to help Jeremy or check was he alright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ugh right that's my last post on this with you because we seem to be going round in circles now

Jeremy's account of what happened seems immaterial to me and so is her being naked under the dressing gown.

By Chloe's account of what happen he did not attack her, he did not try to disrobe her, nor did he try to expose her.

Initially, she handled it appropriately by telling him she didn't like what he did and leaving immediately. But after she left the bathroom she overreacted, egged on by some of the other women in the house. She stood directly outside the bathroom hyperventilating recounting the incident. This seems like crying wolf, but in truth its an overreaction since something actually did happen. If she was so traumatized by the experience she'd have gotten as far away from Jeremy as she could.

The incident was blow out of proportion by Chloe's behaviour outside the bathroom and some of the HMs reactions.

unoino 20-01-2015 01:43 PM

Your correct Rionablue..apology and move on...too late she crucified him...and then regretted it...she didnt press charges because she knew shed gone to far...and before a judge and jury under the circumstances..on a reality show where you shock to win votes...she realized cps wouldnt prosecute...as there was no evidence...it was Jeremys word against hers and I might remind you touching a girls dressing gown doesnt constitute an assault...but if we assume it does and she takes him to court..do you really believe that when she went into bathroom alone..knowing he was drunk..knowing she gets paid to expose her body..knowing that she put her tits in his face...do you really believe a jury would find him guilty?...I and many many others would not only find him not guilty but its a joke to think the case wouldnt be thrown out...oh and by the way about 3.6 million viewers saw what you and I saw...NOTHING !
