That only matters if its for money. If BB owned Ladbrokes they would be in trouble. Or if BB put a huge bet on Perez to win, and then fixed it they would be in trouble.

Protecting people from being treated unfairly i.e the other housemates? If Perez claims he has a top 3 clause in his contract ofcom have to check it out as its a conspiracy to commit fraud
