Oh please, it was hardly a threat of rape. Calum said that Perez should stop playing the dick and Perez said that he'd 'shove it up his ass'. Calum then procceded to get aggressive so he should have got a warning as well or instead of Perez imo.

On BOTS news just now, they showed an argument between Calum and Perez. They were fighting about Calum turning of the lights when Perez wasn't ready to go to bed last night.

Calum was walking away saying "fine, you continue being the dick then", Perez said "I will, I'll be a huge dick!" Calum went into the bedroom.Perez still shouting said, "I'll shove it up your ass"
Cue Calum coming storming back furious "what did you say to me?!"
Perez: "I'll shove it up your fcuking ass!!"

Cami pushed Calum back into bedroom.

It then shot to Perez getting a formal warning from BB.

He was still angry and completely unapologetic though.

I would take the same being shouted at me as a threat and I would be scared and upset by it. Threatening to force his penis into somebody without their consent is a threat of rape in my opinion.
