I love how WWYD confronts people with their prejudices, and it's truly a shame how many bigots are in the world.

Even when I was young I didn't like to see people kissing in public (no matter their gender) I like to see people being affectionate to one another, but eating their faces off each other is not something I wish to see.

I don't care if people kiss anywhere really it doesn't bother me what so ever

VanessaFeltz. 09-03-2015 06:06 PM

These people should've just sat there and ate their food, they need to shut the **** up. When the old lady "i just dont understand it" i thought fair enough because she clearly wasnt understanding but at least she was trying to not disrespect. But that skank was giving thumbs down i wanted to throw my computer and i am glad i wasnt there because i would've kicked that nasty ***** in her .....

Suze 09-03-2015 06:22 PM

Maybe some couples just get caught up in the moment and a display of affection. I would just carry on eating my food anyways, as I wouldn't be there to watch others, it is no business of mine.

Found some of the reactions annoying though, some should have the guts to admit they are possibly homophobic, rather than use the Bible as an excuse for their intolerance. Bet most of them never even read the Bible or even go to Church on a Sunday, but just know a few quotes.

Yep, well said. It's easy enough to look away, but when people are making noises, I shudder.

I remember this geeky couple we used to hang out with at school literally used to make out ALL the time. It made me feel ill because you'd be eating and they'd be full on snogging in the corner. It's like they had to prove something.

It annoys that in this day and age that there are still people like that in the world. I feel we should treat everyone the same no matter what their gender,Sexual,Race or appearance. It's sad that there is a lot more people who thinking being gay is wrong it's sad that there isn't as many people like the last guy on the video. The world would be such a nicer world if we had more people like him.

Crimson Dynamo 09-03-2015 06:56 PM

If the restaurant had a proper signage

"No Gays"

none of this would have happened

we can all be wise in hindsight

Braden 09-03-2015 06:59 PM

I love WWYD? :flutter:

especially when they catch the odd bigot and completely surprise them by bringing out the whole production crew :joker: they always tend to backtrack lmfao

Burn them all!

MTVN 09-03-2015 09:10 PM

Mmm not really sure I see the value in trying to trap people into being offensive by contriving this situation and fuelling it with the actors and so on, there were always gonna be reactions like in such a conservative part of the world. Not that that makes those view right of course but I'm not sure trying to publicly shame them out of it is the right way to go

That's more or less what I was going to say.

I'm not offended by a gay couple kissing any more than I would be by any other couple. Hold hands, be affectionate, but the minute you start snogging in a restaurant, I'm not okay with that.

Proper full on snogging is a bit OTT, gay or straight. Get a room people

Jack_ 10-03-2015 01:44 PM

I don't really have a problem with PDA in public places with lots of people present like parks, restaurants and clubs and agree with others about not seeing the issue, but PDA in close proximity in small groups of people is just uncomfortable, like when you're mid-conversation. Third wheeling is the worst :yuk:

Crimson Dynamo 10-03-2015 01:51 PM

i was in the Ministry back in the late 90s late one night and i was sitting having a smoke and generally flipping out and the guy next to me was talking to me as this girl gave him a blowjob. At the time it seemed quite ok but 2 days after when i thought about it it was a bit off putting.

There was no real opportunity to baggsy seconds as the pill I was on had rendered my penis unconscious.

We were talking about minicabs and I would rate the girl a strong 7/10
