Maybe he is hoping to turn it into 100 mins of fame? :hehe:

It's a shame, but I think he will be going back in.

Also lol @ people saying he isn't his own person, everyone is, and Louise Spence and Perez Hilton are nothing alike except both being gay men.

Wah wah wah.

He was unbearable, good riddance.

Razor 14-05-2015 09:09 AM

Could you imagine having a whole summer of him saying 'Show Bizzzzz'. That would drive me insane.

His best bits were hilarious :D

I honestly didn't think they would do it, though I did suspect thats what the 'never been done before' thing was gunna be. But I am so glad he went, he was grating on me 5 seconds into the house D:

The guy is middle aged, a bit nutty, but hey, he had so much potential. The best housemate we never had.

Let's face it, we could have lost almost any of the girls and boys last night and not noticed the difference.

They're more or less clones.

Yeah, criticism levelled at Simon was that he was impersonating Louis Spence, but that was all an act.

Given time, Simon would have calmed down and I reckon he'd have been a great housemate. That's why he beat thousands in the auditions, right?

I'm so annoyed about this stupid twist. There wasn't even any opportunity for Simon to rescue himself. It was quite frankly, pathetic.

Sorry but I was delighted, if I had to watch his fake ness for more than an hour, it would have finished me for this years show! I did think it was unfair but he was an absolute prick so it worked out well in the end

Cold Sweat 25-05-2015 12:56 PM

I didn’t see any potential in him – he simply came across as a complete irritant.

I did, however, think of Beinazir on that night who failed to gain housemate status at the outset of BB10.

he probably wouldnt be like that to be fair, it was just the excitement of launch night.

as for the twist, it was just the typical channel 5 BB 'shock factor' thing they love so much without thinking of the lasting consequences.

Simon was very annoying but i would liked to have seen how he progressed in the house. Also if he formed a friendship with Eileen.

I give up with any decent production values on this show now anyway to be honest. Its run by a team of apes.

He was cast to be a poor mans Perez Hilton, from CBB15, in January.
Irritating, loud and draining. Not entertaining at all.

Glad his time was leaked. Good riddance.
He would've drove me up the wall.

:clap1:

Glad he didn't even get a chance to live in that house. We didn't need a Perez Hilton rip-off.

erinp5 25-05-2015 02:24 PM

For me it was just fabulous seeing him out on launch night ,I was so sick of him and his "showbiz" tag line .

I was over him before his foot hit the last step on the way in. an idiot - I would have switched off if I had to listen to him.

YourLAEx 25-05-2015 02:57 PM

Simon reminded me of the host of the Crystal Maze so I couldn't take him seriously.

I'd just think of him whipping out his accordion every time he opened his mouth.

i was a lil bummed at first but that 2nd episode made me glad he was gone. he was saying his catchphrase way too damn much. though he would have started really annoying the **** out of the others rather quickly.
