She was disqualified for being underage. I think she claimed to be 16, when in fact she was really 13. I think there was a controversy surrounding it at the time and the fact that many contestants were underage and had lied about their ages to be on the show.

Funny thing is Davina also presented Popstars. So she knew who Steph was.

I rewatched the first couple of weeks last year and loved them, a lot happened in those early weeks. And even if the later weeks are less compelling by comparison, the B Block vs Whisper Club feud that runs throughout the majority of the series is still a great hook imo. Yeah, with a few exceptions I thought BB9 had the most satisfying evictions on the whole. The only evictees throughout the entire series I wish survived were Stephanie, Belinda and Kathreya.

BB9 also provided my favourite ever winner, such a satisfying end to the series. :clap2:

I'd like to carry on with my rewatch eventually, this just reignited my interest. :laugh:

Yeah you're right that it was probably more consistently good, BB7 definitely lagged near the end, but I think the high points of BB7 outweigh the bad stuff, and BB9 never really reached those heights for me.
