I doubt anyone in there is a virgin. It's just something they say because they think it comes across as endearing. A bit like the "pretend to be stupid" gimmick.

"Harry" has a boyfriend. It's common practice to call your boyfriend/girlfriend an 'ex' when you want to present yourself as available on a reality show. It's also clear that Nick skeeves her out almost as much as Rebeckah was repulsed by faking it with Aden.
