..her hands were at the front wrapped around her knees..(almost foetal position-like..?..)..in full plain sight and not holding a weapon of any kind and her whole stance in no way threatening while his hand was already reached for his gun...and his fellow officer even laid his hand on his shoulder as if to say...'cool it, man..too, too much....'....

:umm2: that guy was just crazy none of those he was shouting at to stay on the ground were actually doing anything wrong, they all seemed quite sweet

Why what would go down
in front of everyone?

Kizzy 08-06-2015 08:44 AM

what was with the tuck and roll at the beginning? ... crazy little officer.

Point: The Big Bloke Standing with Officer

Saw this on tumblr last night. The girl was wearing a bloody bikini, it's not like she could be carrying a knife/gun or something that could be of some threat. That officer clearly thinks he's Mr. Big Bollocks, hopefully he gets suspended or whatever they do for using excessive force.

If I were that girls mother I'd be taking it further definitely, disgusting behaviour, poor kid

Great news, he was a liability for his colleagues.

Tom4784 10-06-2015 09:30 AM

He probably thought he was in Lethal Weapon or something, hence that silly roll at the beginning and the posturing. Glad he got sacked.

America needs a national overhaul of it's police force, It seems like every week there's a new Police Brutality incident and it isn't confined to one state or police force but all over the place. It's like they're giving anyone a badge and a gun at this point. They definitely need higher standards. One story like this is one too many but stories like this popping up nearly every week is ridiculous.

"Glad he got sacked."

No he Resigned

No he Resigned

Whether he jumped or was pushed, it's good he's gone.

No he Resigned

When people "resign" in cases like this they've usually effectively been sacked. The option is generally given as a courtesy; "Resign of we'll take the choice away". The reasons for that being that there's far less paperwork involved when someone resigns and no come-back (unfair dismissal claims, etc.) and from the perspective of the person resigning, it has less impact on their ability to find another career and on their reputation.

they're teenagers being teenagers, he's an adult and an officer of the Law (or was anyway) he is supposed to "serve and Protect" not terrify 14 year old girls. That man is doing a big disservice to all the good and decent Police in America

"The actions of Eric Casebolt are indefensible," police Chief Greg Conley said, calling the officer "out of control during the incident."

Casebolt made the decision to resign after meeting with the department's internal affairs unit to review possible charges he could face, said lawyer Jane Bishkin,

Sounds like his actions are in general deemed wrongful arista. Hard to defend this!

I thought the radio host who used the term 'jungle animals' was the worse.

GiRTh 10-06-2015 01:20 PM

And inevitably this was not his first offence.

..I didn't catch all of the comments as they were so quick so missed that, but incredible that this is how it's been reported by some networks as well so not just a 'cop' issue then and they're being allowed to report using these terms which can only really be seen as racist..?...

..and his 'past' incident as well, if that was seen..(Brown's hand written report of it..)..by anyone in authority in the police force then how could he have still been allowed on active duty, whether a case was brought against him or not...

Kizzy 10-06-2015 01:42 PM
