Tesco swandwhiches are actually quite nice, they look like the've been made well, M&S ones are ok as well I think.

I had no idea these type of things were still put together by humans

Technology needs to put some more people out of work already

So you will see all hand washing is working well

Jason. 08-06-2015 11:47 AM

Those pictures look vile.

But this doesn't affect me, anyway. I've never brought pre-packed sandwiches from any supermarket ever, and don't intend to in the future.

I make my own homemade sandwich, if I want to have outside the home.

Plus, why is there so much mayonnaise on that sandwich? Nasteh!

It has a weight

[The industrial plant are part of an operation that makes a staggering three million sandwiches a week]

Those pictures are sickening.
I'm steering clear from this thread.

Look at the open sores and the suspiciously infected looking fingers of this person, tell me your opinion of whether this is a safe practice, not the opinion of sky news.

Yes I posted that
moaning about the Blood

Kizzy 08-06-2015 12:09 PM

Then how will handwashing prevent sores weeping?

Daniel. 08-06-2015 12:12 PM

I've been put off chicken and bacon wraps from Tesco now </3

Gstar 08-06-2015 12:29 PM

The article gives you the impression that it's the foreign people who are unhygeinic which I think is unfair. I bet it's mostly the British people who don't use gloves

user104658 08-06-2015 12:45 PM

Pre-packed things are generally pretty rank. However, to play devil's advocate here, I worked as a chef (in a student pub - finest burgers, fish and chips, bangers and mash and macaroni cheese in town :joker: ) and you don't wear gloves working in a kitchen, you just frequently wash your hands and have to be careful not to cross-contaminate or touch yourself. On the face / hair / clothes obviously. You have to touch yourself "in that way" sometimes, or you wouldn't be able to make the special sauce.

Thats bad

Crimson Dynamo 08-06-2015 12:48 PM

here for all the fecal matter being put nicely in the sandwiches

mmmmm

taste the jobbies :hee:

Livia 08-06-2015 01:04 PM

When you go to a nice restaurant, do you imagine that the chef and all his or her minions wear gloves while they sort out your dinner? No. So long as their hands are washed properly, I don't see a problem.

When was the last time you yourself wore gloves to make someone else a sandwich?
