Oh not this bullying nonsense again.
How often do you see a bully apologise or put his arm round the victim ?

lol, what? Often? literally all the time?
Not saying he's a bully but thats a terrible point haha.

the_answers 09-06-2015 01:44 AM

I was thinking rarely, never etc.
Not saying he's a nice person but don't think it's as bad as some make out.
Probably a different story if you're a fellow HM in there though.

It'll be because C5 has relentlessly pushed this narrative that the series was boring until the intruders came and that Marc saved the series by calling the girls cumbuckets and talking about shoving his dick into their eye sockets.

LukeB 09-06-2015 01:48 AM

To me Marc is someone you're not meant to like but you can't help it. Guilty pleasure. I would like to be in bb with him as i'm that type of person who wants to meet different type of characters.

Well those aren't the bits that impress me.
Nothing is ever 100% entertainment all the time.

Think how he gets worked up over things is quite funny.

All the time. It's called intimidation.

BigBuk 09-06-2015 02:18 AM

Love him. The reason being is because he pisses the HMs off and evidently some of the public. He's the best HM for me this year by a mile.

Loads of times, it's a tactic bullies use to try and stop themselves from getting into trouble.

the truth 09-06-2015 02:36 AM

hes a lot like some Dubliners ive met....wild crazy aggressive bubbly energetic outspoken funny at times, big drinking, sometimes caring, sometimes politically incorrect, insulting, loyal , hates to get too close to people, short tempered, probably been hurt, unable to ariculate himself, arrogant, yet somehow vulnerable, talks at 100 miles an hour...etc etc hard to be around but probably a great man to have in your corner

hes a complex idiotic endearing loyal mess, he is a twat, but I assure you all , he would be an infinitely better friend to anyone than harry..who is not remotely complex, shes a mean person

Maybe that's true but don't think it's proof that Marc is.

Perhaps it allows him to make light of it and carry on.
Just when he's apologising to BB, don't see that as him intimidating BB.

Not saying he isn't without fault or doesn't make mistakes.
But his apologies look genuine enough to me.
My guess is he opens his mouth without thinking purely out of habit.

All about opinions and where you draw the line though.
So I'll just leave it there.

..I'm not sure that I would describe him as a bully as such but with the arms around thing..?...as Withano and Amy have said...it's more of a 'dominance/control' thing...a kind of I can make you laugh or I can make you cry, type thing..?...you don't have to 'appear mean' all of the time to exert dominance over someone, there is 'charm' in involved as well..

..anyway, I don't know that I dislike him as such but can't say that I like him either just because of how he is, he's interesting but I think very controlling and doesn't tolerate anyone not 'bowing down' to him, Marc the big man....

mrflibble 09-06-2015 04:24 AM

Don't like him, he's not funny, he's boring and just does the same thing over and over again. Last time all the focus was on the boring Jade stuff, and now the focus is the boring Marc stuff. I don't how these people get air time >.<

This is why I like him too. If i had to live with him I'd probably be driven to drink or violence, but I wouldn't be bored.

rubymoo 09-06-2015 06:04 AM

Hate him!

He's everything a man shouldn't be.

Spot-on!!! :clap1:

He's a sad product of the Geordie Shore generation.

BigBrotherfan4ever 09-06-2015 06:49 AM

I like him as a HM & he's certainly brought some life to house, but I wouldn't want to be friends with him on the outside.

Patricia4 09-06-2015 07:07 AM

I love to watch him he is great TV.

Cherie 09-06-2015 07:11 AM

He is way too obvious, I dont think he is honest at all, if he was as honest as he claims he is, he would be able to take criticism as well as dish it out, all he has in his locker are insults, name calling and some tawdry attempt at a showmance, no finesss, no wit, no tactical gameplay, just awful, I think he will be offered a slice of the prize fund as a reward for his obvious antics as well.

albie 09-06-2015 01:36 PM

He's vile(and I liked Perez)so when I say he's vile he's vile. Him talking about hurting women with his penis during sex was just the worst. He should have been ejected from the house for saying that to a woman.

Beso 09-06-2015 01:43 PM

got to keep him in the house and not the lair on friday as it will be pretty boring otherwise...

Agreed, but it worked, Sam jumps into bed with him the next day:shrug:.
