Why do people think it's so good to say things to people's faces? I wouldn't want anyone to shout at me and call me a cumbucket or whatever, or yell at me for literal hours like Truth Teller Helen Wood did (even though she wasn't a truth teller at all)

I agree.
And I'm a fan of Helen. Haha.

Having said that, I also disliked two-faced people, as well.

My like for Helen is the weirdest thing ever. I hate housemates like her, but for some reason I can't help but like her. It's messed up. I think I just have a soft spot for her, TBH.

I usually like (appreciate) a prick of a housemate and marc is one, but the way he attacks the easy targets... (chloe, sam, harry) is pretty disturbing. He has stayed away from going after the men for the most part after his first night skirmish. kind of telling

Yes he'll have a dig at the men but he is vile to the women

Oh definitely, but people act like saying it to your face is so much better. Like, I wouldn't want you scheming behind my back, but I wouldn't want you to shout all of your opinions at me either? Neither option is palatable and there's no need to say that one is so much better than the other.

Yeah, I only appreciate saying it to someones face if it is actually honest and helpful advice. Other than that, I think if you have nothing nice to say, then just keep it to yourself or address the issue with the person when the time is right.

I also don't mind saying it someones face if you actually take them to one side, in a one to one, rather than screaming at them across the garden, where everyone else is.

Unlike Helen ( who I couldn't stand )... Marc says things to people's faces and not behind there backs. Marc doesn't need any loyal gang mentality behind him to say what he thinks to people....and neither does he have the comfort of the pass to the final to protect him. Helen turned tact when she saw the final two weeks in and people fell for 'the fake nice side'... You won't see Marc do that. He knows he is a **** stirrer...he stays true to himself.

Now it's my turn to say well said...rusticgal...

The problem is that all the honesty crap is driven by camera time and the house mates constant awareness of how they are being perceived by the public. There is nothing real about any of the interactions now. Maybe its me just being jaded with what I am finding a tedious series, but it just seems so contrived and false, it bears no relation to the original BB concept.

If the options are talk to my face or behind my back 100% to my face every time. I prefer to know what's being said about me and in a house where I'm with the same small group of people 24hrs a day for 3 months I'd definitely prefer to know what they're thinking about me.

I agree with all Macie's points 100%...

He's listerally the most vile housemate there's been for a long time, truly disgusting.

Easily a bottom 5 housemate and he's quickly edging his way to the worst ever for me, how anyone could possible find him entertaining is beyond me, I don't find him funny, I don't find him interesting, I don't find him good for the show, there's literally nothing good about him imo, he needs to **** off asap.

Agreed. Conor and Darnell are the only housemates above him right now with me.
