But it's removal is surely causing enough tension and drama to make up for it :hee:
|
I must be a new breed of BBUS fan then, because I hold no feelings for the wheel whatsoever, it didn't have any impact on me at all tbh
|
It can make HMs who hate each other give each other keys :flutter:
I'm sure Aaryn or GM had to give Candice a key once :hehe: |

the wheel >>> the 1st person who is up for eviction is(that's boring and not tense enough) |

(just kidding around everyone... loving the lovefest tbh) |
In all fairness, I'm not all that invested in the American one, so that's probably why i don't see the significance of the wheel

It is an injustice that the nomination wheel is gone. It was one of those integral parts of the show that made BBUS unique.
|
It's just insulting on principle that of all things that they think need fixing, THAT is one of them. Like, this isn't going to improve the season at all and it's BBUS so the show will still be atrocious and yeah.

Somebody has to be the bad guy. - Paul Jackson
:joker: But I'm gonna have to disagree here / agree with Liam. I realized I only liked the wheel cause of BB tradition over the years. As I like things after I get used to them. The new nominations system grew on me during BBCAN3 and I'm happy it's staying tbh. It saves a little bit of time for the other aspects of the show. Probably over a minute of time saved when there's a full 16 houseguests. That could be a couple extra good clips involving the game. To me there is no difference in suspense... if anything the wheel lessens the suspense by dragging it on. Or if a possible nominee was already picked like halfway through the wheel spin, then the nominees become obvious anyway and we're just waiting for the rest of the keys to be pulled :joker: |

It was suspenseful and also symbolic in much the same way the torches in Survivor are. You get your key to the house, and you're safe. They may want to make the show more ~hi tech~ but when the house itself is ten ****ing years old and they've only just upgraded to HD maybe they should prioritise modernising these things as opposed to one thing, that as Troy said, didn't need changing. The saying 'if it ain't broke' has never been more appropriate. |
I am not bothered by the wheel being gone.
|
They should do like in the Glass House where everyone stood in front of Kinect and had to SMASH the faces of whoever they nommed

Glass house noms were embarrassing and cringe at the same time. Even though i kind of liked the series. But the noms were presented badly.
