Jade isn't completely subserviant. They had issues at the start but they've grown to like each other. and Marc didn't seem to remember (or know much) about Helen considering she had to tell him who she was. "I won BB last year".

Helen had already made her mind up about Harry, she didn't need Marc's opinion to sway hers.

She can suss out the sleaze bags quickly, probably from what she does for a living. Marc didn't like it that she sussed him immediately and stood up to him.

This doesn't mean that Marc is never disrespectful to women ever. It's not an all or nothing concept.

That's why he dislikes her, she can see right through him.
