It's just a token byword for "I'm here because I want to be here", and I totally respect it. Stripping away all of the spirituality and nonsense the public seem desperate to attach to the phrase, all it really means is that he doesn't have to be a performing monkey for someone as relentlessly "dramatic" and "honest" as Helen/Marc.
Because whilst I'm sure Cristian/Chloe don't match up to their expectations of entertainment, they're just fine for me. I want to watch normal people make normal social interactions, not a pack of hyenas barking at each other because a producer's thrown in another "say something nasty about that bitch across the room" twist.

Although I have stopped watching this pile of BB, I think you are spot on there Shaun as per usual :thumbs: especially the highlighted bit. I think also, that Christian's slight deafness of which he doesn't play on unlike a certain past BB winner, could affect how he interacts less than some of the others in there. I think Christian has just been handed the BB crown on a plate. |
