I have to say that i agree with Josie Gibson. "I have to say Helen Wood is doing my head in. Her and Marc are totally sucking the life out of everyone! What is wrong with people?"

My thoughts exactly.

The arrogance displayed because some people think their OPINION is fact is frightening on here.

Re. before the 4 in, 4 out. I cannot disagree enough with there being much entertainment prior. The sexual assault consisted of about 20 minutes of one show and wasn't at all pleasant to watch, hardly entertaining in any respect. The debate task caused a stir but again, was just as manufactured as anything which has followed so such criticisms of either are hypocritical. Jade had a few arguments with the likes of Eileen and the Twins (due to discussing nominations with Nick) but that really was the peak of it. Every highlight show seemed to centre around Jade and mainly her friendship/relationship with Nick. It was a complete and utter bore up to that point and we were (my girlfriend and I) seriously waning. The 4 in, 4 out gave it some seriously needed life for us, moreover Marc has. Least he has a bit of gumption and energy unlike so many/the rest in there. I don't feel he gets the credit he deserves for what he has done for this series.

He's pathetic. His misogynistic 'banter' and attention-seeking antics are not entertaining. And I don't get people saying Marc gave life to this series when if anything he's united the house against him, stifling house dynamics further and it was watchable before 4 In 4 Out

Bite that silver bullet and end it!

When mark first went in the house I detested him with a vengeance but I'm slowly coming around to him. I'm not there yet but I'll give him a few more nights and see how he does.

Angelika 20-06-2015 09:20 PM

Marc's awful, not funny at all.

This is pretty much a direct response to my post so I'll address it.

I'm definitely not justifying a sexual assault as entertainment (though it was a crazy finish to one of the weirdest BBUK relationships ever), but just as evidence that a lot happened in the first two weeks despite people trying to play it off otherwise. A frightening amount of people are pretending like the show was some big love in and everyone was too boring and got along too well (the myth that the show itself is trying to perpetuate) when that's completely incorrect.

Marc definitely gets the credit he deserves from a lot of people on here because all he's done is help this series go to ****. All the conflict revolving him (and Helen too, I'll throw her in since they're two sides of the same coin right now) is not only forced, but repetitive and boring. Like cool, you ~tell it how it is~ and it usually ends with you screaming at someone and calling them a fat **** or a dirty slag. That's really not that impressive to me, sorry!

cookiemonster 20-06-2015 10:49 PM

chuff is right, if you don't think he's funny then you need to lighten up

Has anyone stopped to consider that although Danny and Cristian are boring, they are not dumb and can figure out that anyone involved in a row with Helen Wood is going to garner public sympathy. Just a thought.

!00% correct. Marc only has to fart and those cretins start an argument. He and Helen just can't win.

joeysteele 20-06-2015 10:58 PM

Very easily, and for the simple reason he has brought a dead series to life.

Yes. What's the fun in a jumped up little imbecile running around the garden in his tight pants disappearing up the crack of his bum strutting around like he is the big I am that everyone should bow down to and hang onto his every word and heaven forbid that they don't.... The man is a laughing stock.

Sorry Chuff I think I have a sense of humour but just not getting this one. I really cannot find anything likeable in this man. He just makes me cringe.
