You can't go around arresting everyone for saying something you don't like to you

Danny got her to admit she wishes she said things better. You can't go around in life accusing people of being something they aren't and get away with it...just because you can't control what comes out of your mouth. Maybe a few lawsuits may make her think about what she says to people...and be made accountable for her actions.

It wasn't slander anyway because she never said he was one or had been one, she only said he looked like one.

It was a very low and inexcusable comment but that is the extent to how far it goes.

these are the worst comments ive ever heard while watching this rapidly deteriorating show.....if it has been said against a woman or a gay person or if it had been a matter of race as with the delightful shilpa Shetty it would have made parliament as it did then

but its men and all men can be called rapists and murderers and no one cares, it didn't even merit an immediate warning...but of course the evil bore works for the daily star which is like working for big brother anyway

You still cannot be arrested for saying it unless of course there is some sort of restraining order saying you must not say it. Otherwise it's a Civil matter.

Look, it doesn't matter how offensive it was. She said looks like. Looks like is a subjective opinion which she is entitled to hold. All she has to do is go to court and say "In my opinion he did/does". He cannot win a case here even if he were to attempt one.
