Helen has been in there for 2 weeks, and people are focussing on 2 words. Is Brian hurt or injured? No. Did Helen break any law? No. It may not have been deemed particularly appropriate but it sure isn't a sin either.

No, because she didnt say he was a rapist or a murderer, she said he looked like one. Its one word, but it makes a very big difference to the meaning of the phrase, and legally it is NOT defamation of character
